"WE DO NOT HAVE SET OFFICE HOURS".  Because I offer in-home appointments for my home-bound clients who are very dear to me, I can't always be in the office.  Instead, I offer appointments on a "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" basis.  Appointments are available Tuesday through Friday 11-6, and Saturday 11-2 by calling 256-698-7793.  Some evening appointments are available with advance notice for those who work during the day.

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  Everyone is given a free "FORGET-ME-NOT", but after that they will be charged for half of their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
Everyone occasionally runs into situations that are out of their control, but out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please text me and let me know as soon as possible.
